How long does setup take?

The setup process for our recall service takes five business days from the date of your on-boarding phone call. Over the course of these 5 days we:

• Input your office into our system.
• Pull your list of overdue patients
• Train our callers on your office

Answering Service

The setup process for our answering service takes on average 5-7 Business days. Setup goes in two phases:
