# How long does setup take?

### Recall

The setup process for our recall service takes five business days from the date of your on-boarding phone call. Over the course of these 5 days we:

- Input your office into our system.
- Pull your list of overdue patients
- Train our callers on your office

### Answering Service

The setup process for our answering service takes on average 5-7 Business days. Setup goes in two phases:

1. Initial Setup Phone Call
2. Setup Phone Forwarding
