# Can I set a limit on how many appointments are scheduled?

## We try to make our service as customized as possible, and that includes your budget.

Recall and Premium Recall customers do have the ability to set appointment limits to control how much they spend. If you would like to set a limit, email support@getcallforce.com or schedule a time to speak with your account manager here: [Schedule Meeting](https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/brooke-ashton).

Once your limit of appointment is reached, we will stop scheduling appointments for the month. Calling will automatically resume at the beginning of the next month.
