My RemotePC is Offline. How Do I Fix It?

We use YOUR practice management software by using remote access software.

Our team members are able to assist and schedule your patients on the spot by remoting into your practice's computer. Every so often, RemotePC has connectivity issues. If you have noticed notes in your reports saying that the RemotePC is offline, you may need to reconnect or redownload the software on your computer.
