The setup process for our recall service takes five business days from the date of your on-boarding phone call. Over the course of these 5 days we:
- Input your office into our system.
- Pull your list of overdue patients
- Train our callers on your office
Answering Service
The setup process for our answering service takes on average 5-7 Business days. Setup goes in two phases:
- Initial Setup Phone Call
- Setup Phone Forwarding
