How do I Print my Report From the Customer Portal?

All call report information can be printed directly from the portal using the print feature.

To print your report from the portal:

  1. Navigate to your customer portal at and log in. 
  2. On the top right of your portal report, click on the calendar Screen Shot 2020-01-10 at 10.08.15 AMicon. Select the date range for which you would like to print data. 
  3. On the top right corner of your portal report, click on the print Screen Shot 2020-02-27 at 4.02.15 PM icon. This will open up a window to print your report.
  4. Print the report to your desired printer. 

If you have multiple offices or are using multiple CallForce services, you can also filter the data by selecting a specific office or a specific service and then following the same steps listed above.
