All call report information can be printed directly from the portal using the print feature.
To print your report from the portal:
- Navigate to your customer portal at portal.getcallforce.com and log in.
- On the top right of your portal report, click on the calendar icon. Select the date range for which you would like to print data.
- On the top right corner of your portal report, click on the print icon. This will open up a window to print your report.
- Print the report to your desired printer.
If you have multiple offices or are using multiple CallForce services, you can also filter the data by selecting a specific office or a specific service and then following the same steps listed above.
